A Pathway Created

As a young individual in business, I've been asked more than often who mentors me and the advice I've been given so far in regards the overall management and operational aspects of my ventures. My answer has always been "no one mentors me." This is never to say that I would never take the advice of my elders who have been in the business world, however, by being aware of my surroundings I am able to not the same mistakes others have made and also avoid new ones from being created.

Through observations of the many business people before me, from family to strangers, I have kept a close eye at all business related moves they have made to be/keep themselves successful and also those that have brought pitfalls.

Living by the notion that if you listen and observe more than you talk and do things, you will be able to make less mistakes, which has helped me tremendously so far in all business affairs which I've been involved. Walking in the pathway created by those before you in an essence helps to make life and business endeavours much easier. Whether or not, you are being given advice and direction from people who have been through the stages of life, being able to walk in their footsteps and make your own will prove to be beneficial.
